Shopping is war!

Hey guys,
I went out to do a little shopping today with my bestie. We split up and went on combat. Hehehehe. It's crazy how they shop here. You see these young teenage girls carrying tons of paper bags that i bet can rake up about 500 bucks at least. No joke. To see these girls going into Topshop, MAC, Miss Selfridge, Zara and say that it's "affordable" is ridiculous. FOS is AFFORDABLE, Jaya Jusco is AFFORDABLE, clothes at Tesco is affordable. And these girls who have not work a single sweat for these money they spent on a 200 ringgit piece of shitty t-shirt frm Zara and say it's affordable is mind boggling. Yes your mum and dad can afford it, but is this right way to teach your kids the value of hard work? I worry that my child will end up with a fat wallet full of maxed out credit cards in the future if this is the mindless feeding from the hands of ppl trying to sell crap that you dont need at the first place. Common...who needs 5 different 5 different shades of eyeliner from MAC when it's LE LE (saying limited edition is soooo passe), when it's all black. Ok, one has a little glitter in it, one is not exactly black, it's NEHRU (makes your eyes look more Diwali), one is meant to be applied inside your waterline. Your Waterline???? WTF?? You expect me to go blind or sumthing? Lining the inside of you lids? Ahhh....what we do just to impress people we hardly know, or might not even like, and im guilty as charged.
